Copyright Policy

Last updated 30 September 2026.

We respect copyright and respond to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). The only content customers upload here is photos attached to sell requests, which are private to Element 79/47 and never published. If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, tell our designated agent.

Designated agent

Copyright Agent, Element 79/47
[postal address to be added]
Email: [email protected] (subject: “Copyright notice”)

What to include in a notice

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. The copyrighted work you say is infringed.
  3. The material you want removed, with enough detail for us to find it, such as its URL.
  4. Your name, address, phone number and email.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn’t authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

When we receive a complete notice we remove or disable the material promptly and tell the person who posted it.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send the agent your signature, the material and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your name, address and phone number with consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the US, any district where we can be found). Unless the complainant tells us they have filed suit, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after we receive it.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of people who repeatedly upload infringing material.

Knowingly false notices or counter-notices can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
