Element 79/47 is a precious metals dealer in Atlanta, Georgia. This page lists what we collect, why, and every outside company that handles it for us. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use advertising, analytics or session-recording tools.

Our price feeds (gold-api.com, Swissquote and Monument Metals) are called from our server and receive no information about you. Fonts are served from our own site, not Google.
We use no advertising or analytics cookies, so there’s nothing optional to accept or decline. What we do use is needed for the site to work:
Only with the companies above, doing work for us, and when the law requires it, such as the reporting and record-keeping rules that apply to precious metals dealers. We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
We keep order and sell-request records, including ID images, for as long as dealer record-keeping and tax rules require. We keep contact messages and marketing records until you ask us to delete them, except that we keep the fact that you unsubscribed, so we never email you again by mistake.
Element 79/47 is only for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account, buy, sell or contact us. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we find we have.
